Lockwood Castle was known for the "Giant Killer" a 24 scoop sundae topped with Hot Fudge, Strawberry, Marshmallow, Caramel, tons of cherries, wafers... and sparklers in a 9"x13" glass bowl on a pedestal usually ordered for birthdays or groups. The menu stated it served 4-6 people, but parties of 8 or more would order it for their desert after dinner. If you were able to eat it in one sitting, you were given a free one next time you visited.

Experiencing this design firsthand was a pleasure. It's charming, cute, and captivating. The handle is sufficiently wide, ensuring it's very comfortable to grip. I appreciate that it's printed in the US, and I'm hopeful that in the future the mugs too. The print and colors are bright and vivid. The specific style of the mug, with the inside and handle colors, adds something extra to the design, making it elegant and modern in style.
