This product exceeded my expectations. First, the customer service from Zazzle was exceptional. I submitted my order a couple of times before I got it right. On the first order, I let it go too long before reaching out to Zazzle. However, when I did, Zazzle issued a credit to my account. When the card came, I was very impressed with it, and couldn't wait to deliver it to my retiring co-worker. I went and purchased some purple markers, and allowed my other co-workers to sign the card. It was a BEAUTIFUL presentation, and my retiring co-worker was very impressed with it. Purple is her favorite color! The printing was very good quality.
