The Ballad of Lord Cadaver Just like all the best love stories, this one ends in death. But not really. For even death could not keep him from his love and it wasn't long before he rose again and reclaimed his title and his ancestral home, as well as the fortune that came with it. Sadly, and as is wont to happen in such situations, his love was not appreciated nor returned after he braved the underworld and the afterlife just to find her again. She spurned him and whatever force allowed him to cheat death also infused his limbs with preternatural strength and his embrace proved to be her demise. Soon after he sat for this portrait, he simply disappeared. But people say he roams the earth still, trying to convince estranged lovers to reunite and scaring the living bejeezuz out of them. One of the last remaining relics of this legendary figure, the portrait of Lord Cadaver still hangs in Cadaver Hall for those brave enough to enter and view it. The interior of this card has the Ballad of Lord Cadaver on one side and is blank on the opposite for your personalized greeting. Great for Halloween!

I was searching high and low for an invitation that went with a fire theme (account my mom wants 70 real live burning candles on the cake) surprise birthday party. I found these and couldn’t buy them quick enough! They far exceeded my expectations! One word of caution is that they default to matte so if you want glossy finish you have to manually select it. I only changed where the 2 clip art pics were located to make space for the text. I even used the default font for the design. Comes with nice white envelopes that don’t need the upgrade.
