Lotus Mandala (Henna) (Golden) Pen

Lotus Mandala (Henna) (Golden) Pen

Mandalas are very popular in modern mehndi designs. The one used on this design is made up of a beautiful henna lotus blossom - a divine symbol in Asian traditions since ancient times: representing the light within / the awakening of the human soul. Grace, beauty, creativity, sensuality, femininity, and purity. While the Mandala itself is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing universe. Concentric forms relating to a center point. By concentrating on a mandala the viewer penetrates the many layers of reality and moves towards an inner truth. Mehndi is a ceremonial art form which originated in ancient India. Muslims also use it as an indication of coming of age. Intricate patterns of mehndi are typically applied to brides before wedding ceremonies. The bridegroom is also painted in some parts of India. The word mehndi is derived from the Sanskrit word mendhikā. The use of mehndi is described in the earliest Hinduism's Vedic ritual books. Haldi (staining oneself with turmeric paste) as well as mehndi are Vedic customs, intended to be a symbolic representation of the outer and the inner sun. Vedic customs are centered around the idea of "awakening the inner light". "Customize It" Plus - you can also completely change the look of this pattern with the colours of your choice.
