The best time to send out invitations is typically 2-3 months before the event for small or medium sized events. For example, you’d want to send out your holiday party invitations 2-3 months ahead of time. You’ll want to order your invitations about 2 weeks before you send them out, so the best time to order your invitations from us is about 2.5-3.5 months ahead of time. This allows your guests to plan accordingly and helps to maximize the chance that a guest can come.

For large events like weddings, you’ll want to give your invitees more notice than for standard events. Order your wedding invitations and envelopes about 4.5-6.5 months in advance to send your invitations 4-6 months before the special day.

When you order invitations from us, we’ll include appropriate-sized white envelopes based on the size of the invitations of your purchase. However, if you don’t want or already have envelopes and want to just receive the invitations, you can opt out of receiving the envelopes.

You can also order envelopes with different designs instead of plain white envelopes if you want your envelopes to have special designs.

For our invitations, you can print on both the front and back whether it’s for a design by one of our creators that already exists or a completely new design you create or customize.

You can edit the design on the back through our Design Tool and selecting "Layers." By customizing the back of your Love And Tacos Rehearsal Dinner Invitation, you can have a more complete invitation and present more information to your potential guests, but don’t worry - you don’t have to add a design to the back if you prefer to just have a design in the front.
