So ... in the last review of this product I was upset that customer service was unattainable. Initially I received someone else's order, and I couldn't not get a hold of customer service to fix the issue. However they came thru and fixed all my issues. The Mug is great.. ever so slight issue, is that the image is a tad darker than the original..however the person that will receive this item will love it. A little grainy A little dark but I know the person that will receive this won't see these as a issue.
