Low FODMAP Diet Sticker for High FODMAP Foods

When starting on the Low FODMAP Diet it can be very confusing finding your way around your own kitchen, because you do not know which food is low FODMAP, high FODMAP and medium FODMAP. With this series of stickers you will make it a lot easier for yourself. This sticker is red and indicates that a food is high FODMAP and NOT safe to eat when on the diet. You can stick it on any food in your kitchen, so you will always know what food is high FODMAP and in combination with our other stickers you will have full control over your kitchen again. When you reach the re-introduction phase on the low FODMAP diet, you can just look after the red sticker for food you can re-introduce.
