Incredibly cheap. Elastic used to close the cover immediately broke off. The plastic part that holds the ipad is simply double-side taped onto the cover itself, it easily comes off. The ipad doesn't even fit securely into the substandard holder. If you were to drop the case the ipad would come completely disengaged from the case. Complete waste of money. Print was fine, but hate the actual product
