The recipient was quite pleased with the product, and it was received earlier than shipping originally indicated. The only problem was the gift message we wished to have included never accompanied the product so the recipient was confused as to whom it was from since it was shipped as a gift. If it were not for a email notice indicating the product was delivered, we would not have been prompted to follow up with the recipient, thus learning the unknown. The photo appeared as pictured so no disappointments.
