In response to my city monetizing the once free parking in Beautiful Hot Springs Arkansas. I designed this t shirt to protest the implementing of a Pay to Park Kiosks across the downtown area where you must download an APP and pay electronically to park. Once the figure out how to monetize walking down the sidewalk I am sure thy will implement that too. Keep Hot Springs Hot Springs!
