I had to redo the card 3 times and was charged(and refunded) each time. Be sure to click on the fit to frame option even if it looks like it fits just fine. So after creating the card 3 different times it did come pretty timely, about a week later. I knew the card was black but the photo itself on the back came out pretty dark as well. I'd use a different style in the future and perhaps different card company as this wasn't exactly user friendly. Oh and can only upload one photo at a time from computer also, which was kind of a pain. Meh! It's ok, wish it was a little brighter, clearer and less cut off on top.
