Hit the town in style with this trippy t-shirt designed in the style of Marcel Duchamp's Anémic Cinéma film. The design comes from the 1926 Dada/surrealist experimental film by Rrose Sélavy (the alter ego of Marcel Duchamp) made in collaboration with Man Ray and Marc Allégret. Duchamp made Anémic Cinéma by filming nine rotating cardboard disks with spirals drawn on them and ten rotating disks inscribed with verbal puns. Alternating on screen, these disks turn in different directions and at varying speeds. The disks with spirals seem to pulse in and out, as if they were three-dimensional, while those with puns must be read, which emphasizes the flatness of their surfaces. The two words of the film’s title are both an anagram and a near palindrome, being readable almost identically forward and backward.

Good quality dark Heather gray, Gildan brand shirt. -it was next up from basic choice and cost about $20 per shirt. Not too thick or thin. Washed and dried well, no major shrinkage. Not see-through. Can wear a bra under it fine. Screen print is just as shown and well done, front and back.
