I was really unhappy with the quality of this ornament on my first order, but after contacting customer service, I immediately got a response on how to get a new ornament processed…not only was I able to get a new ornament, but I was able to get my original discount code and shipping and handling applied…therefore not having to pay anything to have a new ornament processed and delivered…I also received the ornament 1 week earlier than projected….during the process of getting this rectified, customer services responded to my inquires immediately and without any push back….top quality customer service….the second ornament is beautiful and I can’t wait to see my granddaughters reaction…thank you…Merry Christmas. All the picture ornaments turned out well. There was a learning curve for me oh HOW to get the pictures just right. The colors turned out really well. Just a learning curve to get the photos placed just right.
