Text reading, "MATANUSKA", "MOOSE AND MAMMOTH MILK DAIRY", "MAMMOTH MUENSTER" and "ORGANIC CHEESE" appears. This cheese is made from organic, non-GMO milk of the Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius) soon to be resurrected by science and Ice Age bacterial cultures.
