Based on the reviews, I ordered one size up and it fit my wife perfect. She usually wears a small, so I ordered medium. I think for larger women, 2 sizes up would be better. I wear x-large and I know that being a bigger boy, I like my shirts loose. My wife likes her shirts form-fitting. Print looks good but a little lighter than in the stock photo pictured on this site.
