Medical Record Binder notbooks

This binder design with EKG is perfect for home medical record or any hospital records. Great for doctors office. You can add your own text, image monogram etc to existing item template . PERSONALIZE: If the product is a template you can change/ add directly your image or text. CUSTOMIZE existing product: Click CUSTOMIZE BUTTON under the product picture. On the right side of the image you will see buttons: ADD IMAGES or ADD TEXT. CHANGE TEXT: Make sure the text row is selected and use the ‘f” to select a different font, use the plus and minus arrows to change the size, and click on the color square to choose the color of your text.  CHANGE BACKGROUND : Click Edit under the main buttons. On the button of the menu that appears click BACKGROUND and chose appropriate color. Note: if the image covers whole surface of the design you wont see the background color.
