This was perfect for my senior citizen neighbor who lives alone and is responsible for taking her own medications daily. The dry erase board adheres to her refrigerator and she can see at a glance which meds to take at which times (a big improvement over the piece of notebook paper she was using next to her phone). She was thrilled with it! The check list is brightly colored and easy to read.
