medieval knights jousting on horses historic art jigsaw puzzle

This is one of my favorite paintings, it's titled "The Four Knights of The Forest Festival." I painted it from a photograph I took when I was at the Forest Festival on Chingford Plains in the UK. The festival is on every year and it celebrates all things to do with the historic Epping Forest. On two of the years that we attended we were lucky enough to see the re-enactment of a traditional joust between four knights, each knight was representing his "kingdom." I captured the photograph as the knights were parading around the jousting area and I couldn’t wait to paint it. The Black Knight went on to achieve a glorious victory over the other three knights. I think this original realist art picture makes a great jigsaw puzzle because it’s got all kinds if shapes and colors to put back together. The original artwork is painted in soft pastel.
