Two weeks ago on a tassel safari in and near Paris I photographed dozens of these decorations" doing drapery duty in Versaille, Trianon, Petit Trianon,and my flat. I also visited the magical passementerie shop, Declercq on 15 rue Etienne Marcel, 75001. I promise a passementerie painting or two in the near future!
