You can be creative by writing down all your menus, ingredients, the serving size or how many portions, the preparation time, and the cooking time on that framed planner with a marker over the acrylic layer, so then you can erase and rewrite it again everyday and always have your day prepared everytime. The reason why I make it into three meals a day planner because me myself is the type of person who get bored easily if I eat the same things over and over again especially in a day, unless it's really something new or something that I really like so I don't get that easily bored. Because sometimes I feel like I don't even know what I really want to eat in a day because I just feel bored with everything and cannot really decide what to eat anymore.
