I paid for express shipping that said it would be here on a specific day! After paying extra, then I see that it’s an estimated day! This was the one thing that I had made special for my daughter‘s party and y’all ruined it! So never again will I order from here because now I’m gonna get 20 shot glasses that are personalized in the mail from UPS after the party is over which doesn’t do me any good? $135 down the drain! .
