Miyamoto Musashi's Sword Silver Plated Necklace

Miyamoto Musashi's Sword Silver Plated Necklace

This sword, which is currently being held at a museum in Japan, was reportedly used by the legendary swordsman Miyamoto Musashi. Miyamoto Musashi (1584-1645) Shinmen Musashi no Kami Fujiwara no Genshi, or as he is better known "Miyamoto Musashi," was one of the greatest warriors to ever live. He won his first duel at the young age of twelve (thirteen by the old Japanese system, twelve by our modern way of determining someones age). He fought an adult, professionally trained samurai. At twelve, brandishing only a stick, he defeated and killed the adult samurai who came at him with a real sword. Throughout his life, he became so confident in his abilities he often used a crude stick to dispatch his enemies who were trying to kill him with razor sharp swords. During his lifetime he fought in over sixty life or death duels, never once losing. He also participated in at least six wars, usually fighting at the front leading the army into battle. It might be surprising to note that he was also an accomplished painter, sculptor, and poet. His works are priceless and are kept in museums to this day. On May 19th, 1645 Shinmen Musashi no Kami Fujiwara no Genshi died at the age of sixty-one from natural causes........................... This product was every I wanted to be and more. The only thing i have say is that chain for the it could of been better. It holds up any way. Its bit on light side for me. The printing turned out perfect. It is what it is suppose to be.

I couldn't be happier. I designed a picture that represented me and my boyfriend getting engaged. The quality is great. The picture is clear. The chain is the perfect size, doesn't feel brittle like alot of chains do. Im very pleased. Arrived early too! Picture turned out perfect. It's clear with detail and fits perfectly in the size of the pendent.

I really love it. The online picture really doesn’t do it justice. The only thing I didn’t like for me the chain was a little short. The picture of the cockatiel is so sweet
