Modern Calligraphy Photo Graduation Black Vertical Retractable Banner

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Zazzle. I placed an order on May 11, 2026 for life-size retractable banners for my son’s graduation party and paid over $400 with a guaranteed delivery date of May 20, 2026. On the morning of May 21, I received an email stating that my order has been delayed and will not arrive until May 26, which is three days after my son’s graduation party on May 23. These banners were ordered specifically for a time-sensitive event, and the delivery date was the main reason I placed the order when I did. Because of this delay, I am now forced to spend additional money and scramble at the last minute to find another company that can produce the banners in time for the event. While delays can happen, notifying a customer the day before delivery that an order tied to a major life event will arrive too late is unacceptable, especially after charging premium prices. I expected much better communication, reliability, and customer service from Zazzle.

Honestly I was skeptical because it is kind of expensive but the quality is amazing! Too good almost lol the quality is great printed amazing not pixilated at all. I can see smile likes and all. Def recommend .

I would definitely order this product again. The design was very easy to manage and the product is very sturdy and well-made. The colors and detail of the design were printed perfectly.
