Modern Merry Christmas Script Custom Family Photo Ornament

The product is 5 stars. And delivery was on time for Christmas, but I would only give 3 stars for that part. I ordered a different one that came from another artist, and it arrived so much sooner!

Good morning, I placed an order for two ornaments a few weeks ago. One was a square ceramic ornament and one was (what I thought) a circular ceramic ornament. Come to find out I ordered an acrylic circle ornament instead. Normally I would be okay with two different ones...but here's the issue. The ceramic one was delivered first and is BEAUTIFUL. Like literally, it's amazing. My step-dad's sister died recently and I printed some of her artwork on these ornaments for him. I mean the ceramic ornament could not be more perfect. So when I received the second ornament in the mail yesterday I was excited to see how it looked. Then I opened it and could not be more disappointed. It looks like it's from walgreens. You can see that the pictures were printed, you can see (and even feel) where the pictures were cut into circle form, and then slide in between two pieces of thin glass (it's even kind of sticking out of the glass where I could easily pull the pictures out). It looks so cheap and I in no way shape or form want to give it to my step-dad. I have ordered from Zazzle many times and always receive really great products. So this is why I'm emailing because it doesn't seem like Zazzle. The BIGGEST bummer is that there's no way I can re-order a ceramic circle one in time for christmas. .

I was shorted some pouches this time but not for this particular ornament. The print was very good . It was of great quality
