I was surprised how difficult it was to read the address. It was user error. It seemed proportional when creating the label but when they arrived, I could not use. The font was too light and and large enough. The post office said they would not deliver the ones that were difficult to read. I love the product and will reorder. Font was too small and not dark enough.

I was a little confused when ordering, so I called a few times for clarification. I was confused on the size of the label. After they arrived I was surprised they were on small sheets. That was when I realized the size of the labels is the sheet size. However, I'm still confused on the label size as the sheet size increases. I'm not sure the customer service people (who are beyond helpful) understand either. The print was very small and hard to see. I guess that was my fault as I should have adjusted based on font size. When typing it looks proportional. I love everything about them, I just needed to have larger font and darker font. I need to re=order as it will be difficult for the postoffice to deliver. The font was too small and not dark enough. User error.
