I had to order 2 of these. The first order had an incorrect date entered, yes by me. I TRIED AND TRIED to stop this order even tried messaging…..everything….but the incorrectly dated sign August 12th was completed and sent after the date and after the correct sign was sent correctly. We loved the item…..but didn’t it seem odd there were two orders identical except for the date? Why no contact? You get our email….something! I had to pay for TWO signs because of a simple typo which I didn’t catch before sending. Mistakes happen. There HAS to be a way to efficiently communicate to Zazzle about it. I tried using the online assistant…..totally useless….calling….totally useless as well. Nice product but Zazzle has poor service to make a correction. .

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
