I bought two of these mugs to shake up my cabinet, one of which was a gift for my husband. They arrived at my home, packaged well, and not broken! He was thrilled with how his turned out. We had our morning coffee together and they held enough coffee while still allowing room for add-ins. They wash well in the dish washer, and so far, no peeling or cracking of the print. I'll be ordering these for holiday gifts for other family members, soon! I used one color, but it was printed well - no bleeding / weird blur you sometimes get with custom products. It held up well on the top rack of the dishwasher!

The mug is well made and is a decent size, though I wish they had a regular mug that was shorter and wider, like about 4" x 4.5" or so. Still, this one is nice. The design printed perfected and the colors are vivid and beautiful.
