Help Save Monarch Butterflies! We are here to educate others on how we all can help increase the Monarch butterfly population. By making small changes, we all can help the Monarch butterfly population. The most important thing we all can do to increase the butterfly population is plant native milkweed and plant flowering plants. Adult Monarch butterflies need nectar from flowers and milkweed to lay their eggs. Monarch caterpillars need milkweed, their only food source. Consider not using pesticides or over mowing milkweed areas.
