I purchased this mug as a Christmas gift but I am not going to be able to give it. The picture is very fuzzy and hard to see the flamingo because it is like an inch tall and you cannot see the initials I had printed on it. Very disappointed... fuzzy like a printer does when the ink is running out... :(
