Born in 1858, Heinrich Harder was a talented landscape painter, also famous for his illustrations of natural history articles, his work on the murals of the Berlin Zoo's 1913 Aquarium addition, and his series of 60 collector cards of prehistoric animals, commissioned by the Reichardt Cocoa company. This illustration for "Die Wunder der Urwelt" (The Wonders of the Prehistoric World) has become part of the public domain, and I think it makes a beautiful shirt, perfect for any lovers of natural history and scientific illustration.
