I opened the medium size mail package box ( which was marked fragile ). Inside, large fat bubble wrap was around another box which the item was in ( nice box to keep the item in and wrap as a gift. ). As soon as I open the box the beautiful smell of wood drifted out. The item was surrounded by foam wrapping. The wood box is well made with a beam inside. The smooth tiles are inlaid and glued to the frame as well as the beam inside. A well made, beautiful gift I know my son-in law will love and also come in handy on his cluttered desk. Picked the design from the website. Was able to customize background color and text on the back and add a special message. On the front I was able to customize the color tone of the lion. I was even able to use a Font from a large selection.
