I sent my own photo and when I received the product I ordered the photo was very dark not like the photo I sent and could barely see the image. I was disappointed so I called customer service and spoke with Andreas who was very nice and assured me that they will correct the problem and send to me at no additional cost. I was very happy to receive the replacement in a timely manner and they came out perfect this time. Thank you Andreas! As described above the original order the photo was very dark but was corrected and the print used came out nice.
I would like to ask to stop emailing me advertisements. I didn’t sign up for it. Thank you!
