I wish I could leave zero stars. The custom cups I ordered arrived with defects, and even though I was promised replacements, they were never made or shipped. My wedding is in just two days, and I still have no update on whether they even attempted to remake them. While I was told I would receive a refund, that doesn’t fix the fact that I now have to scramble to find plain, non-custom cups for my wedding. Very disappointing experience—I would not recommend, especially if you need your items for an important event.
