Mucha Vintage Green Emerald Temptress Elegant Round Clock
The dangerously attractive lady in the center personifies the Emerald from the series of decorative panels "Preicous Stones" (1900) - by the Czech artist Alphonse Mucha (1860 – 1939), one of the greatest masters of Art Nouveau. She has the seductive and dangerous air of a femme fatale, green eyes with a penetrating gaze, a green serpent in her hair and her hands rest on the head of another, huge green serpent (only its eyes and a fang are visible here). In the background there is a green circular mosaic with serpents in the inner circle and green eyes in the outer one and an emerald in the center. The painting is in the public domain in the United States, the European Union and all countries with a copyright term of life of the author plus 70 years or less.
The hours are indicated in golden roman numerals, in a green circle.

The clock works perfectly. I am so happy to have found this clock on Zazzle. I grew up in Fond du Lac, WI so this lighthouse has great meaning to me. I have searched for something like this for years and couldn't even find pictures in town like this. So thank you for the pleasant surprise. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful.
