Everyone loves "The Sound of Music," and this tribute to the song "My Favorite Things" is unique! All the images from the Rodgers and Hammerstein song are hand-drawn. They are the pleasures Julie Andrews sings about -- Raindrops on Roses, Whiskers on Kittens, Bright Copper Kettles, Warm Woolen Mittens, Cream Colored Ponies, Crisp Apple Strudels and more. These are all such cozy hygge things -- it's no wonder "My Favorite Things" has become associated with the Christmas holidays. All the artwork on this teapot was hand drawn by Mary Kunz Goldman.

The teapot became a special anniversary keepsake my brother and his wife raved about. Just the way I ordered it. I probably should have made the lettering a little darker, or white to stand out against the sky in the photos, but it turned out well.
