My Kids Play Time Poster

Children are the apples of their parent's eyes. They ask you a thousand questions and expect you to know all the answers because you are the parents. We are their role model that can make everything alright, and they expect us as parents to keep them safe. As parents, they want us to show up at individual and team sports activities and sit in the bleacher to watch them perform but keep quiet. As parents, we are in the best position to encourage them to be themselves and to help them find themselves. This poster reminds me that children should be children and not be faced with the woes of the world that are caused by adults: war, poverty, divorce, broken homes, greed, and power, to name a few. I wish children always be children because they have plenty of time to be adults. I want them to play, kick up their heels, do cartwheels, jumping up and down with the excitement of playing in the opening yard without fear of someone trying to hurt them and always having a pet dog in their midst.
