It was very nice after I finally figured how to customized it. I would have rather just send them a picture and the wording and they do the customizing. The printing on the back of the ornament turn out good. I was just glad I didn't make any mistakes in how the wording was actually read. Because it is put on the ornament just the way you order it. So if there is a mistake in the spelling, they don't correct it.

I am delighted with this product- the photo does not do it justice. Excellent workmanship, and the finished product, customized on both sides, was exactly as I had ordered. Ordering the customization was a bit tricky as I had to re-size my photo to make it fit into the circle just right, bit it was definitely worth it! The image is as clear as the one that I provided and the colors are much deeper and richer than in the photo.
I know my soldier will love it!
