The artist standing with a palette of paints, a painters brush and wearing a hat. A beautiful sunny summer day with blue skies with dirigibles and hot air balloons floating near the clouds. A bridge and buildings are in the background. About the artist: Henri Julien Felix Rousseau (1844-1910) was a French Post Impressionist painter in the Naive genre, primitive manner or Primitivism. He was also known as Le Douanier, the customs officer.
