I will say only that it relates to propagation delays in electromagnetic waves, according to Maxwell's Equations. One would not have supposed that to be so terribly harmful ... but then one isn't in charge around here, is one?
I'll bet there are Republicans (excuse my use of the "R" word) involved in this somehow; they are, after all, notoriously hostile to science — and indeed to Enlightenment values generally.

I originally ordered a medium shirt which ended up being too small and the shirt material was very poor quality and thin. I was then sent a large and the t shirt material was completely different. I assume they made a mistake and sent the wrong t shirt originally (probably the “value shirt”) which also runs very small. This is my first time ordering from zazzle and, overall, they seem inconsistent but their customer service is excellent and I’m very happy with my final product. Seems like it will last but not dilated to fit the size of the shirt. (The size of the design is the same on an extra small as it is on an extra large.) I’m happy that it seems like it will hold up well in the wash, though!
