Only half my order arrived. Absolutely no help from the company except an email—that arrived after I left a poor Trustpilot review because the chatbot offered to send me to a person and then said "there is no person on weekend—that said if I returned the part that didn't arrive, I'll get a refund. Horrible, horrible service. .
