Actually, I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this mug, but the quality of the mug is over the top. It’s thick, has weight to it, durable, easy to wash... just an overall great product. I was unsure when I ordered this product from a Comany on line. I was extremely Happy with the end product. It was very professionally doone and all the Employess love the mugs. Could not be happier with these gifts. Printing was perfect.
