In my opinion the design should have been centered on the rug. There is more rug showing on one side (2”) than the other (.5”) Also at the top of the rug there is space between the border and the end of the rug verses the opposite end the white border design is flush against the end of the rug. The design should have been centered on the rug so that there is an even amount of space on the long sides and at the ends. As far as durability goes, I won’t be able to comment until we use it on the boat next summer. .
