Assembly and customer service = 1 star
The printing and paper were gorgeous, but the notepad itself was a shambles. It was glued unevenly and had rough edges - luckily it was for me, because it would have been too tacky to give as a gift. Worse - I contacted Zazzle about the quality and received no reply. Very disappointing. The printing was lovely; the pad assembly was atrocious.
