The word "Neko" (cat) is also often used to describe them. This artwork was inspired by traditional kokeshi dolls of Japan and influenced by Japanese Chibi Kawaii art style.

I wanted happier curtains in this window so I made a seamless repeat in the things and colors that make me happy and ordered them in this tapestry then made curtain rod pockets. I love how it came out and I can use the fabric to make something else when I’m tired of them. Excellent. The colors are bright and look great the fabric is soft and hangs well.
