Zazzle represents a buying experience that is rapidly disappearing on the Internet. I bought more dog mugs, and the artistry and quality of the finish is excellent. They hold up well in the dishwasher. Their selection is so vast you need a lot of time to choose a product. And the prices are very competitive. But the best part is their customer service- my order was shipped to the wrong address and lost. I called customer service, and without any telephone waiting time a curteous customer service person promptly sent out a new order. It arrived in just two days! No repeat explanations, no followup emails and phone calls, issue resolved in less than five minutes. This is good old fashioned customer service, the way it should be and the way it was decades ago. Other companies need to follow their model and they would keep more customers. Zazzle rocks!! The colors are vibrant, and don't fade with washing. The designs are accurate from the pictures on the websites. I have Newfoundland dogs, and their pictures really represent the character of the breed. I use them every day with strong coffee, they don't stain.

It is a lovely mug. The actual mug is shiny and smooth. Very nice quality. It was everything I expected. Zazzle has so many nice mid century modern designs to choose from. All so pretty! The design was very clear and looked expensive.
