I got the mug as we wer able to customize it - loved that I could pick my colors. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that when it shipped the handle broke off due to being packaged incorrectly. They promptly fixed the issue and sent me another one, but it was not in time for my event. As expected - exactly as it was displayed on the website.
