I ordered this wallet and at first there was a design error in that the name would have been printed under the stiching. Zazzle was nice enough to contact me prior to producing it, and allowed me to change the design so that it would be done correctly. There are not many companies that would give you that chance to fix your mistakes BEFORE charging you full price and receiving the product. I am very impressed with this company and very happy with my sons' wallet. Thanks! Looks great. I am very happy with the final product.
