The necklace clasp parted from the chain within 12 hours of wearing it, which was very disappointing and since it happened unexpectedly thank heaven the pendant was "caught" in her bra. The price was affordable but not super cheap; pendant quality seems to be good so far but the chain itself is either made of low-quality materials or this particular chain was defective. We contacted the Zazzle customer response team yesterday and will see how it goes with receiving a replacement chain. The return policy - or e-mailing a photo of the product that has a problem - seems fair and easy. Hoping it all turns out well. This is my first experience with Zazzle in general - never knew it existed - and so far I'm intrigued. Definitely will try more products in the future. The layout, printing and appearance are exactly as we expected and the template made it easy to do the custom lettering. We wish we would have had the additional option of doing engraving on the back to include name or other vital info but other than that it turned out exactly as expected.

This product was every I wanted to be and more. The only thing i have say is that chain for the it could of been better. It holds up any way. Its bit on light side for me. The printing turned out perfect. It is what it is suppose to be.

I couldn't be happier. I designed a picture that represented me and my boyfriend getting engaged. The quality is great. The picture is clear. The chain is the perfect size, doesn't feel brittle like alot of chains do. Im very pleased. Arrived early too! Picture turned out perfect. It's clear with detail and fits perfectly in the size of the pendent.
