The seven magnet represents meditation; getting quiet, and stilling and/or focusing the mind. Meditation itself can be a variety of things. Some use a mantra. Some focus on their breath. Some focus on awareness and just observing. Some focus on aspirations and/or gratitude. Some use a task as meditation, in which they are so involved in the task, that their concentration is smooth and they lose sense of time. There's no one right way. I chose the colors gold and purple though, because many have said that meditation is the path to the Divine. Purple is also a representation of pure love, purity and royalty. So purple Ms for meditation are on a background of gold. This seventh magnet is being published June 24, 2010.
