I purchased 120 of these mints with personalized stickers but 5 of the mint packages arrived damaged. When I submitted a claim, I received a request for pictures! I could understand if I claimed the entire package or even half was damaged, but to require pictures to replace 5 out of 120 is poor customer service. Now, in the midst of wedding prep, I have to stop to take a picture of the 3 we kept after tossing the first 2 although i doubt replacement or refund will arrive before the wedding. I will not purchase from this particular vendor again nor will I recommend.
